I had a severe sewage flood from the main inlet to the city sewer. I called around to local places with no answer before my brother gave me they’re number. They responded immediately and Charles was able to come out immediately. Assessed the situation and said he had to bring the big tools the next to snake and camera. He showed up the next day on time on a Sunday and fixed everything. Charles even checked the sub pump which we had issues with and was helpful enough to help me fix and diagnose that. Overall. The company was great. Quick to respond. And my tech that showed up was amazing.

We have used A&J a couple of times now and have not been disappointed. They always arrive within the window of time given and the plumbers are always very knowledgeable of the problem at hand. Just recently we had Eric as our plumber and we felt he went 'over and above' to get us answers to our issue. He was able to fix it the same day and so far, so good! He was personable and respectful of our property and took the time to answer our questions and explained what caused the problem. This is a great company and we will use them for any future plumbing issues.
